George Clooney Pig MAX Died
Friday, 1 December 2006
George Clooney's beloved potbellied pig Max has died.
The pet passed away at the 'Syriana' actor's Hollywood home from old age.
He was suffering from arthritis and partial blindness.
Clooney told the USA Today newspaper: "He was as old a pig as the vets had ever seen. I was really surprised when he went. I'm really upset, he's been a big part of my life."
The 45-year-old actor had Max for 18 years, and often spoke of his affection for his pet hog, referring to him as "Max, the star".
He even shared his bed with the pig.Max is not the only animal friend Clooney has lost this year.
He explained: "It has been a bad year for my pets. I had a bulldog that died this year, too. It's strange how animals become a bit part of your family. They really become a big issue with you."

George Michael
Monday, 27 November 2006
Yesterday i went to see George Michael in concert at Earls Court London. I went with my friend Melissa who i have known since nursery....
We left Barnet about 3pm on the 84 and headed for Arnos Grove Train Station and got the train to Leicester Square for some dinner but before we went for dinner we stopped and to watch people going into the premiere of Happy Feet at the Empire cinema we saw Brittany Murphy's head and that was it as she was the last person to go in... Melissa wanted to see Elijah Wood but we are not sure if he was there as they didn't mention him...
After we hanged around for a while out side Empire we decided to go and eat but all the restaurants where packed so we ended up in MacDonald's and i had a Big Mac meal with choc milkshake and Mel has a Veg burger meal as she is vegetarian.
After we had eaten we headed off for the train station to go on the train to Earls Court and went straight to the arena but they wouldn't let us in till 6pm so we had to get in a cue... At 6pm they started to let us in and we got in the building and had to show our tickets and i had to open my bag as they wanted to see if i had anything dangerous in there.. They were taking lids off peoples bottles as they where saying that they were dangerous as people might throw them at eat other... Likely i had my bottle wrapped in a plastic bag so i got away.. I don't under stand why they make you take the lids off when they sell beer and wine in the arena.. Doesn't make sense to me....
We wondered around and at about 7om we went to our seat which were in Block 9, Row W, Seats 18 and 17.... George came on about 8.15pm and he was amazing...
He sang all the songs i love and he had a 20 minute break in the middle as he need to give his voice a rest and he changed his suit.. He look gorgeous as ever... and very HOT in his suits... Gay or not he is HOT..
The concert finished about 10.30pm and left to get the train but they closed the station and was only letting a few people in at a time so that the station would not be to crowded as that was dangerous.... So got on the train to Arnos Grove and then got the 184 to High Barnet. Went to Melissa's nans to pick up her car and she drove me back to mine and got in about 12.15am and had a shower and dried my hair and went to bed about 1.01am and went straight to sleep and dreamed of George all night...
Had a fantastic time would go again... Will worth its money......
I didn't buy anything as i wanted to save my money fro my Birthday and stuff was quite expensive.... Didn't take any photos as i want to just enjoy the music.....

Pink Prada Notebook Computer
Wednesday, 1 November 2006

Well, looks like that's my Christmas list sorted, then. I'll be having this pretty pink leather-topped Prada notebook, with all the trimmings, please - in my dreams, of course. As with many of the expensive pink things in life, the laptop is limited edition, and only 50 will be made - unsurprising, really, if the rumours that each piece of leather was handpicked. Must've taken a while...
As for the spec: well, the computer itself is the ASSU 56F, dressed up pretty by Prada, and it has a 1.66 GHz Core Duo , 120 gig hard drive, 4-in-1 memory card reader and 11.12 screen. Price is expected to be in the region of $2500, and it'll be available from "selected distributors" (dont you just hate it when they say that?) sometime in December.

Tom Cruise to marry at Mussolini's?
Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes are apparently set to tie the knot at the former wartime hideaway of Italian dictator Benito Mussolini.
The couple were reportedly set to marry at George Clooney's villa on Lake Como but it seems they have now chosen to wed at one of Italy's most exclusive hotels, the Villa Feltrinelli which overlooks Lake Garda, according to the Daily Express.
The pair were said to have chosen the location after 27-year-old Katie visited last month with new best friend Victoria Beckham.
The lavish 19th-century building was used by Mussolini during the Second World War while the nearby lake is rumoured to contain his hidden gold.
Sources claim Katie was made fully aware of the history to the building but she "seemed more interested in hearing the likes of Grace Kelly and Isadora Duncan had stayed there".
The historic location, which includes 21 luxury bedrooms, lavish gardens and reception rooms, was once hailed by DH Lawrence as "one of the most beautiful places on earth".
The guest list for the nuptials will include Tom's Scientologist pal John Travolta, George Clooney, Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie.
Tom and Nicole's children, 13-year-old Isabella and 11-year-old Connor, are set to be bridesmaid and best man - giving them a central role in the ceremony - although baby daughter Suri is a bit young to play a major role.
The hotel says it is sworn to secrecy when discussing any of its celebrity clients.
Kylie speaks on battle with cancer
Kylie Minogue has told how her "whole world changed" after she was diagnosed with breast cancer.
The diminutive singer told Australia's Vogue magazine her battle with the illness, which she was diagnosed with in May 2005, had been an educational experience.
"My whole world changed. I have learned and experienced so much about myself and others," she says in the December issue of the mag, which she guest-edited.
"It is great to be able to make those first steps back into the life I knew before - the one I now know better.
Kylie looked back to her stunning self in the photo shoot to accompany the article. The singer, who is romancing French actor Olivier Martinez, is seen sitting astride a chair, mimicking Christine Keeler's famous 60s photograph.
But unlike Christine, Kylie is fully clothed, looking poised and elegant in a trendy white top, fitted thigh-length trousers and sexy black heels.
The phenomenon of the size 0 celebrity
The phenomenon of the size 0 celebrity has been eclipsed by the even more disturbing emergence of the size 00 celeb (size 2 here - if that bears thinking about!). What kind of a message does this send out to not only impressionable young girls but all women? While we encourage people to achieve a healthy weight and BMI, some celebrities are taking dieting too far.
This is not a good thing.....
Eat a balance diet and excersise...
These women are not healthy....
Sunday
Sunday, 29 October 2006
On Sunday is didn't do much... I was up at the crack of dawn as the clocks when back and we get an extra hour in bed but it is getting dark about 4pm, which i hate.. I know that winter is coming, which i hate.. I hate the cold.. I got up at 7.30am..
I would of liked a lying but i was so awake from the brightness outside so i got up and went on the computer.. Like i always do... I went on the computer most of the day and the my mum started dinner about 12pm, which was roast beef with all the trimming, which we haven't had for ages as a family but i have had roast dinner at my mates about two weeks agoa nd that was yum.. Dinner was ready about 1.45pm and ate that all up and then had homemade rice pudding, which my mum made and it was yummy...
Couldn't eat all of it as it was very swet but she only put in one table spoon of sugar.. butr the rice an milk made it extra sweet, which i don't really like.. Added sugar to stuff....
The rest of the day i just layed about, watched tv or went on the computer.. How boring of me...
Had a shower about 8pm and went to be about 10pm ready for work in the morning... Hopefully i will sleep through till 6.30am.
Birthday Present
Saturday, 28 October 2006
Today i ordered my birthday present off Ebay from my mum.... She brought me 24 cans of A&W Diet Rootbeer, which is my favorite and 24 packets of Peanut Butter M&M, which are my favorite, so if any of you decide to go to the States you know what to bring me back... The Rootbeer is coming from this country but is imported from USA and the M&Ms are coming from California and should arrive in the next 7-10 days, which is good considering they are an heavy item..
The rootbeer should be with me on Tuesday... My mum will have to hide them from me otherwisw i will eat and drink them, which will be a bad thing.. As then i won't have anything else for my birthday...In total they came to about £40.00 (roughly)...
My mum is also giving me some spending money for when we go to Bluewater on my birthday, which should be cool...
Saturday
Didn't got to pub last night as i was to tied from doing overtime and shopping after work with mum.. Got in about 6.30pm and fell alseep on bed and couldn't be bothered to go back out again, so i phoned work mates and told them to have a FREE drink on me.. Which they did... And have a bad handover in the morning...... Which they did.... Had an early night...
Today i went to the post office down the road to get some money so i could top up my buss pass with my mum.. Except my card got declined as i forgot that when i was out the previously week i forgot my pin and entered it in to many time so my card was blocked to my mum lent me a ten to the week so i could top up my card, which was nice of her....
Later that that day i cleaned my rabbits out as they were a bit stinky, which is not nice for them living in their own shit.... Then i washed up and got ready to watch my favorite programs, which my brother records for me and my mum... We watched Monk, Las Vegas and NCIS, which i absolutely love...
The rest of the day i just chilled out on the computer and watching films...
Then went to bed about 9.30pm.. I do love my sleep...
What a day...

Lip Stick
Thursday, 26 October 2006
If there is a female you care anything about, share this with her. I did!!!!!
I am also sharing this with the males on my email list, because they need to tell the females THEY care about as well!
Recently a lipstick brand called "Red Earth" decreased their prices from $67 to $9.90. It contained lead. Lead is a chemical which causes cancer.
The lipstick Brands that contain lead are:
1. CHRISTIAN DIOR
2. LANCOME
3. CLINIQUE
4. Y.S.L
5. ESTEE LAUDER
6. SHISEIDO
7. RED EARTH (Lip Gloss)
8. CHANEL (Lip Conditioner)
9. MARKET AMERICA-MOTNES LIPSTICK.
The higher the lead content, the greater the chance of causing cancer. After doing a test on lipsticks, it was found that the Y.S.L. lipstick contained the most amount of lead.
Watch out for those lipsticks which are supposed to stay longer. If your lipstick stays longer, it is because of the higher content of lead.
Here is the test you can do yourself:
1. Put some lipstick on your hand.
2. Use a Gold ring to scratch on the lipstick.
3.If the lipstick color changes to black, then you know the lipstickcontains lead.
Please send this information to all your girlfriends, wives and female family members. This information is being circulated at Walter Reed Army Medical Center Dioxin Carcinogens cause cancer, especially breast cancer.
Letter to hubby
To my darling husband,
Before you return from your overseas trip I just want to let you know about the small accident I had with the pick up truck when I turned into the driveway. Fortunately not to bad and I really didn't get hurt, so please don't worry too much about me.
I was coming home from Wal-Mart, and when I turned into the driveway I accidentally pushed down on the accelerator instead of the brake. The garage door is slightly bent but the pick up fortunately came to a halt when it bumped into your car. I am really sorry but I know with your kind hearted personality youwill forgive me. You know how much I love you and care for you my sweetheart.
I cannot wait to hold you in my arms again.
Your loving wife

Today Monday
Monday, 23 October 2006
Today i got up early to go to the Doctors with my mum.. I was still feeling not with it and felt very drowsy which the Antihistamine make you feel.... I got to the Dr's about 8.25am waited out side till 8.30am and then we could go in.. I went to see Dr Lowe and she said i might have a dust mite allergy, which is very serious and recommended that i go for a blood test, which i did and she is also recommending me for the allergy hospital at Royal Free... So i have to wait for my referral, which hopefully will be soon as my room still needs sorting and i can't do it till i go to the hospital.
Mum my said you can die from having an allergic reaction. It takes 10 seconds to go to to anaphylactic shock and die from your airways being blocked. I might have to have a special pen or i might just have to carry Antihistamine around with me everywhere i go.. But have to wait for my tests at the hospital before i know what i should take...
Sunday
Today was an easy going day... So i thought... I had my chicken roast dinner at about 1.30pm and the chilled out and watched a bit of TV..
Then i decided to go sort out my room at about 4.30pm.. I was in there for about an hour then i started to not feel very well... I started to feel too hot and itchy the looked at my arms and i was covered from head to toe in white lumps.. I started to panic then and had to get downstairs to my mum as i had blocked the doorway with stuff and if i had passed out she would not of been able to get in get in to help... My adrenalin had kicked in and i pushed my way through the stuff that was blocking the door and i ran downstairs and shouted "Call me an ambulance" by this time i was even more covered in bumps.
I passed out on the sofa then came round.. Throw up in a bucket then passed out again.... My mum knew what to do as this has happened before after i had taken some tablets that didn't agree with me.. But i had taken no tablets so it seem really strange that i was feeling like this when i was just sorting out my room..... After about 5 minutes of being downstairs and laying on the sofa with my legs in the air my mum gave me some Antihistamine which you are suppose to take if you have a allergic reaction. After about 15 minutes i was still feeling sick and light headed but didn't need to go to hospital as my breathing was OK and that my airways were not getting blocked from the swelling.
My lips and a part of my tongue was swollen and it looked like i had, had my lips done like Lesley Ash.. heheheheh... My mum needed to have a shower so she took me to her room and i lied on her bed, she opened her windows to cool me off as i had a high temperature.. Then i started to shiver, which my mum said was good as that means my temperature was breaking... I had to take off my trousers as my legs had the bumps on and they were really red.... After about an hour i was feeling ok... It took untill 9.30pm for the bumps to carm right down then i went to bed... My mum said that she would take me to the Drs in the morning.
Saturday...
Saturday, 21 October 2006
Today i went to the hairdressers to get my hair trimmed to get rid of the dry ends.. Didn't take long to style as i have the straightening stuff in my hair and it lasts about three months, which is good, I will probably have it done again just before my birthday.... I had a wonder round Barnet afterwards and had my weekend Starbucks, which i had on the way to my mates to drop of her Ebay items she had won from me, which was cool.... Natalie was sleeping when i arrived as she is five months pregnant and due in February so she needs all the rest she can get as she will have sleepless nights for a while.
After i droped off the Ebay items i went home and went on the computer and chilled out till the evening untill it was time to go out to a mates party.... What should be good...
My brother went out and met a mate Rose, who he has not seen in four years....

Micosoft Windows Vista Update
Tuesday, 17 October 2006
This software is good but still has a lot of problems and its making me frustrated and having problems with Windows Mail and its settings so i am reverting back to Windows XP as i prefer Outlook Express as the settings are so much easier to use. Once Vista has been fully tested and it out in the shops i won't bother doing the beta testing as it is time consuming and frustrates me when something goes wrong.
So back to basics for now....
Sing along with Evil Lyrics
Angst-ridden teenagers the world over have traditionally pored over the pages of music magazines to learn the lyrics of whatever doom-laden tracks were helping them through their hard times.
These days, though, the modern way to find song lyrics in online. Of course, this can be done manually, by running a few searches using the likes of Google. However, for a much-slicker approach, consider using a program like Evil Lyrics. This clever little utility does all the grunt work, automatically referencing a number of online resources to locate and display the lyrics of currently-playing tracks. Evil Lyrics is small, simple and free of charge.
In the Workshops section of Computeractive issue 226 we explore how to download and install the program. So, refer to the magazine and then click to transfer to the Evil Lyrics download page.
Ebay Reduces Charity Fees
Ebay has made it more attractive for sellers to give a percentage of their profits to charity. The auction site has cut the minimum fee for its Ebay for Charity programme which lets auction sellers donate between 10 – 100 per cent of the proceeds of a sale.
When the donation programme was first set up, sellers had to give £5 or 10 per cent of the item's final selling price, whichever was greater.
Changes have also been made to the way that MissionFish, the UK charity that partners Ebay on the programme, charges to collect and disburse donations. Initially the charity deducted either four per cent of the donation and any Gift Aid collected on the donation or £2, whichever was greater.
Although the initiative has proved popular, with more than 1,100 charities registering with the programme in less than a year according to MissionFish, some of the Ebay community felt the charges were too steep.
The fees deterred many people who were selling items at very low costs. They ended up out of pocket if the final selling price of their auction didn't meet the charges, in which cases they had to pay the difference.
Ebay stated on its website: "We have received strong feedback from the community that it would like to reduce the minimum donation from its level of £5 to allow more sellers to give to charity more frequently."
Now the minimum donation that Ebay allows has been reduced to £2. Missionfish will also reduce its charges and the minimum deduction will be reduced to 40p from a £2 minimum donation.
The charity will also no longer take deductions from the Gift Aid collected for charities. There will continue to be no minimum donation or MissionFish deductions for charities selling items themselves. The new £2 minimum will continue to apply to each listing rather than each item.
Ebay has published a full list of revised charges that took effect on 28 September. Any existing Ebay for Charity listings that end on or after the morning of 28th September qualify for the new changes.
The changes mean more money goes to the charity of the seller's choice. For example if a seller donates £5, £5.66 will go to the benefiting charity (compared to £4.66 previously).
During October Ebay is running a challenge to see which charities benefit most from sellers' Ebay for Charity listings. Winning charities will receive awards and other prizes. Also keep an eye out for some great celebrity auctions.

My Two Fave TV Shows
These are ny two new TV shows i love to watch on Sky and normal TV.
NCIS

NCIS (Naval Criminal Investigative Service) is more than just an action drama. With liberal doses of humor, it's a show that focuses on the sometimes complex and always amusing dynamics of a team forced to work together in high-stress situations. NCIS Special Agent Leroy Jethro Gibbs (Mark Harmon), a former Marine gunnery sergeant, whose skills as an investigator are unmatched, formerly led this troupe of colorful personalities. Gibbs, a man of few words, only needs a look to explain it all. The team includes NCIS Special Agent Anthony DiNozzo (Michael Weatherly), an ex-homicide detective who may come off as the world's oldest frat boy, but whose instincts in the field are unparalleled; forensic specialist Abby Sciuto (Pauley Perrette), a talented scientist whose dark wit matches her Goth style and eclectic tastes, NCIS Special Agent Timothy McGee (Sean Murray), an MIT graduate whose brilliance with computers far overshadows his insecurities in the field and Ziva David (Cote de Pablo), a former Moussad agent who shares a bond with Gibbs over the death of his arch nemesis, Ari, the terrorist who killed former NCIS Special Agent Kate Todd. Assisting the team is medical examiner Dr. Donald "Ducky" Mallard (David McCallum), who knows it all because he's seen it all, and he's not afraid to let you know. Rounding out the team is NCIS director Jennifer Shepard (Lauren Holly) who has a romantic history with Gibbs. From murder and espionage to terrorism and stolen submarines, these special agents travel the globe to investigate all crimes with Navy or Marine Corps ties.
My fave character is Anthony DiNozzo and Abby Sciuto they are both really cool....
Las Vegas

From Gary Scott Thompson -- the writer of the hit film “The Fast and the Furious” -- comes “Las Vegas,” now entering its third season. This fast-paced, sexy drama follows the elite Las Vegas surveillance team charged with maintaining the security of one of “Sin City’s” largest resorts and casinos.
In the explosive season-season finale, the Montecito Resort and Casino was blown up in an effort to make room for a new Montecito and a new owner. Oscar and Golden Globe Award nominee James Caan (“The Godfather,” “Misery”) stars as Ed Deline, the head of the surveillance team for the Montecito Resort & Casino. With his protégé, Danny McCoy (Josh Duhamel, “All My Children”) a former U.S. Marine and Las Vegas native, they deal with card-counting cheaters, costly streaks of random luck and rival casinos stealing their big-money players. Rounding out this cast of high rollers is Ed’s daughter, Delinda (Molly Sims, MTV’s “Starsky and Hutch”), Mary Connell (Nikki Cox, “Nikki”), Mike Cannon (James Lesure, “For Your Love”) and Samantha “Sam” Jane (Vanessa Marcil, “Beverly Hills, 90210”). Lara Flynn Boyle (“The Practice,” “Men in Black II”) will join the cast this season as the flamboyant new owner of the Montecito Casino who immediately causes a commotion when the series returns this Fall. Thompson also serves as executive producer along with Gardner Stern (NBC’s “Law & Order,” “NYPD Blue”), Justin Falvey (“Rescue Me”) and Darryl Frank (“Rescue Me”) for this series from NBC Studios and DreamWorks Television.
My fave charaters are Danny McCoy and Mary Connell.
