My friend Melissa her sister just had a baby girl....

Yippy.. Now she can DRIVE us crazy.... We are very proud of her.. Anna has come a long way from that shy little girl to this outgoing head girl... We wish her all the best for the future.....

Lunch time

Today for my lunch i have egg pasta (Sainsburys) with Carbinara (Sainsburys) and it was very nice. Brought it at the weekend and cooked it for lucn at work so i don't have to take sandwiches anymore as they are really borning... I usually have wholemill with ham nice but boring... I have fruit, diet caffeine free coke, strawberry yogurt and sometime a packet od Quavers which i do like.... I use to have salad everyday at work at the beginning of the year but it started to make be feel nauses so i stoped eating it.. So i only eat it when i fancy it.. To much of a good think can make you feel sick...

Today at work

I am not sure if you all know much i work for Bradford and Bingley in New Barnet and will be moving next year to Imperial House in Borehamwood... Which is a much bigger buolding and we will be getting everything new.. IE computer, desks, chairs etc.... Bradford and Bring are the UK leaders in Specialist lending for Buy to let, which i do lots of in a day and most of out profits come from that. We also do Self Certs, Life Time, Limited Company. But Buy to lets are the Bomb Diggity....

Today we had 117 application in and i have 11 to do but i should be finished by 4pm.... Haven't had a problem with any of the cases touch wood..... They are off-site cases which mean the underwritter is at the brokers, which can be anywhere in this country... They come to the off sometimes to work but that is once in a blue moon.... We have a new program at work called the process time, which times us doing our work, which is a pain in the butt as we get the coaches standing behind us watching what we are doing, which i hate and make me feel fee conciours... and i usually make a mistake and have to edit it.. Like spelling of peoples names.. Hopefully they won't need to do that too much... I won't take about work to much as it isn't that intresting but if something good happends i will tell you all...

On the way to work

Today a woman got on the bus and i think she was going into labour as she kept doing that funny breathing and she had a large bag with her. I am not sure what hospital she was going to but Barnet would have been closer or she should have got a cab it would of been quicker. I hope she gets to the hospital in time.

Back To Work

I am back to work tomorrow after having a really nice weekend with my mum as my brother has been away for a few days....

Should be very busy at work tomorrow.. I will let you know all about it...

Films i saw in LA

The Devil Wears Prada

This is a film to see.... I saw this film while i was in LA and i recommend it to any fashion conscious person:

Pirates Of The Caribbean : Dead Man's Chest

I absolutely loved this film. I saw it on the first day it opened in La and the cinema was absolutely packed.. and we all clapped at the beginning when Johnny Depp came on to the screen.

My Friend Natalie is having a baby

My friend Natalie is having a baby and she is about 17 weeks.... Natalie and her partner Richard Jr are very excited and are looking forward to the birth in Febuary 2007. They have just celerbrated their first aniversary together and hope they have many more...


I will keep you updated on the mother and baby.. But i leave you with a scan of the baby.... I am guessing its a boy....

Todays Dinner

Today for dinner i cook farty eaters or Fajitas to those who are well educated....heheh

They were Old ElPaso Original Smoky BBQ with chicken and they were yummy....

So i have included recipe: (Buy Old ElPaso Dinner Kit)

The Filling:

1. Cut chicken breast, pepers and onions into strips
2. Heat a little oil in a pan until piping hot.
3. Add chicken and stir-fry over a medium heat until golden brown and thoroughly cooked
4. Add the old El Paso Fajita Spice Mix and vegetables
5. Stir-fry until spice mix coats everything thoroughly to make a jucy filling.

The Tortillas:

1. To microwave: Remove the folour tortillas from packaging, seperate and cover with with cling film. Microwave on full power for 1 minute. Reduce time proportionally for few tortillad. Time may vary depending on microwave.

Alternatively: Remove the floor tortillas from packaing and wrap in silver foil. Heat in oven for 15 minutes (180 C, Gas Mark 4)

The Meal:

1. Bring the flour tortillas and filling on the table.
2. Place 2 spoons of chicken and veg mixture in the centre of a warm flour tortilla.
3. Top with Old El Paso Original salsa (Comes with kit) and rool the tortilla around the filling to make the farty eater (Fajita)

Yummmmmmmmmy do try.. I also have in mine Sour cream and Guacamole.

You can also adapt it so its less spicy by adding less of the packet.

Can try it with steak or if VEGI you can replace chicken with 225g of butternut squash cut into thin sticks and one 410g can of drained chick peas.....
